We are here to make this happen and we do that by following up on a daily basis with our clients, recommending new promotions, new campaigns, new initiatives and many times giving free upgrades and updates on our solutions. How will Anadixis Hospitality promote my Hotel in the electronic market?: We have done it before and we will do it again for your Hotel. There are several steps we can do, starting from evaluating your current e-commerce situation and then setting forth a plan of things that need to be done. Each Hotel has different traits and characteristics and our job is to establish what exactly needs to be done and set forth our targets. What is SEO?: SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. The aims and objectives of a SEO campaign is to help one website reach high rankings in search engines such as Google and Yahoo. What are the electronic channels that you talk about?: For Anadixis Hospitality, we break down the electronic channels to the following areas:

1. The website of the Hotel, which is reachable to the public and perhaps to corporate clients.

2. The Global Distribution Systems (GDS), which are only used and accessible by Travel Agents and Tour Operators.

3. The Internet Distribution Systems (IDS), which are special online travel websites that collect and sell hotel rooms from a dedicated electronic database.

4. The Channel Connect channels, which are all the other Online Travel Agencies that connect directly to our CRS and sell your rooms (e.g. Expedia and Booking.com).

Through our CRS solutions, your Hotel will be connected on all of those channels and the only area of management will be through our CRS. That means once you update your rates for instance, all the updates will be sent on all of those channels.
How soon should I expect results?: This varies. Our job is to provide Hotels with top-edge e-solutions through our systems and through the capabilities of our team. This means that need to have an open line of communication with the Hotel in order to quickly apply new features, new promotions, campaigns, etc. If this has been established then you will see results in the first few months. If there is no communication with the Hotel, then obviously results will take longer to show up, if not never.
Do I receive any ongoing support?: Definetely. Our team is there to help you and to provide you with an ongoing support. You can reach us either via email, instant messaging, telephone or whenever needed, through personal contact.
